AGrowth is a Digital Marketing Agency specializing in advertising solutions across Google, Meta, and TikTok for both local and international clients. We partner with businesses to optimize advertising performance, expand customer reach, and drive sustainable revenue growth across digital channels.
Role Purpose:
To acquire new clients and nurture existing ones by providing effective advertising solutions on major platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok). The primary goal is to help clients optimize their advertising efficiency while driving sustainable revenue growth for the company.
How We Work
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Morning: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM | Afternoon: 1:00 PM - 5:30 PM).
- Work Location: 4th Floor, 541 Vu Tong Phan, Khuong Dinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.
- Direct Report: Sales Leader.
What You Will Do
- Client Acquisition (30%): Proactively search for, connect with, and develop domestic and international clients with demands for Google, Meta, and TikTok advertising solutions.
- Data Management (30%): Collect prospective client data and systematically update the company's CRM system to maintain pipeline visibility.
- Client Nurturing (30%): Actively consult, support, and care for clients before, during, and after service utilization to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
- Internal Collaboration (5%): Collaborate closely with internal operations and technical departments to ensure seamless and effective service delivery.
- Ad-hoc Tasks (5%): Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned by the Direct Supervisor/Sales Leader.
- Note on Autonomy: Granted the authority to proactively plan personal schedules, self-evaluate productivity, and propose specialized solutions to overcome operational difficulties.
What You Bring
- Age: Born between 1998 and 2004.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in Sales/Business Development. Experience in an Agency environment or handling global clients is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Economics, Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
- Skills: English proficiency (IELTS minimum 6.0 or equivalent).Proficient in MS Office & Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets).Strong communication, negotiation, active listening, and problem-solving skills to understand client needs.
- Mindset & Adaptability: Persistent, meticulous, and proactive; highly responsible and resilient under high pressure. Possess a passion for self-development and a long-term career orientation in Sales/Digital Marketing.
- Device: Personal laptop required.
Compensation
- Total Income: Base Salary + Project Commission + Allowances + Performance Bonuses (Uncapped earning potential up to 50,000,000 VND/month).
- Base Salary: 8,000,000 – 10,000,000 VND/month (Fixed, revenue-independent).
Allowances & Bonuses:
- Lunch Allowance: 600,000 VND/month.
- Work Efficiency Bonus: 400,000 VND/month.
- Performance Bonus: Rewarded based on a clear and transparent KPI framework.
- Probation Period: 2 months, earning 85% of the Base Salary plus the full lunch allowance. Salary review immediately after the probation period.
- Salary Review: Periodic adjustments every 6 months.
